Terms & Conditions: 1. You must be 18 or over to participate in the ‘Original Experience’ promotion. 2. The promotion is open to UK independent garages with a trade account at a participating branch. 3. Employees and their families of The Parts Alliance, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter. 4. The promotion runs from 1st March to 30th April 2020 or so long as scratch card stocks last, whichever occurs sooner. 5. Customers participating in the ‘Original Experience’ promotion will receive a scratch card when they purchase: a set of Delphi brake pads; a Mann Filter cabin filter and oil filter for the same vehicle; Comma Performance Motor Oil 5L bottle; or set of NGK spark plugs, from a participating branch. 6. Scratching the card to reveal the details of the prize will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. 7. Customers can claim their prize by completing the details above and then contacting their participating branch or passing the completed scratch card to one of their drivers. 8. Only completed scratch cards will be accepted and incomplete, illegible, damaged or photocopied cards will not be accepted. 9. Entrants must retain a copy of the invoice, as proof of purchase when claiming any prize. 10. The closing date for claiming all prizes is 23rd May 2020. 11. Prizes will be awarded in the first instance to the business proprietor. The final recipient of the prize within each participating business is at the discretion of the business proprietor. Any tax implications which may arise as a result of accepting a prize are the responsibility of the winner. 13. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. 14. The Le Mans 24 Hours Experiences must be taken on the dates specified. 15. Prize winners maybe required to participate in related publicity without further recompense. 16. The promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. 17. The promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
